MGE has been talking to customers about EVs and installing charging stations all over Madison for almost 10 years. We've seen it all, and a lot has changed since we installed our first public charging station in 2009. Today there are:

- More vehicles with extended batteries—you can drive 238 miles in a Chevy Bolt on a single charge.
- More places to charge—at home, at work and at almost 50 public charging stations in the Madison area.
